12. Favorite movie: Sweet Home Alabama is a favorite of mine. I like any movie with Reese Witherspoon.
10. Favorite restaurant: Anything Mexican really. In Mississippi it would be El Saltillo but here I guess it's Jose's.
9. Favorite new thing I tried: Steven's Grandma's pickles
8. Favorite gift I got: Our new home
7. Favorite thing I pinned: Talk about yummy recipe. My hubby really likes it.
5. Best accomplishment: Going to church again. I always made a promise to myself & to God that as soon I didn't waitress on the weekends that I would start going to church again. We found a church that we like and I am very happy we did.
4. Favorite picture: Our first picture after being married of our family.
3. Favorite memory: Our wedding was of course one of the best memories in 2012, but I must say I have to sneak in my weekend with the girls in Gulf Shores for my Bachelorette trip. A girl really feels all the love she has from all of the amazing gals in her life that are there to celebrate a new beginning in life. That was the best weekend.
2. Goal for 2013: Is there ever just one? I have 4 big goals for the upcoming year... Be a Canadian permanent resident, take a Canadian history course, submit Canadian teaching application, and plan for a family.

P.S. During this blog I kept wanting to spell favorite as favourite, as I am realizing more and more how different Americans & Canadians spell certain words. Spending the day in fourth grade class to help them write a blog about their 12 Favourite Things will do the trick.
