I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs for Five for Friday linky.
Here are 5 random things about this week:
WARNING- It's not very educational...sorry!
1. Getting crafty... I found magnetic sparkle sheets at A Buck or Two & couldn't pass it up. It came as one small sheet but I cut it into strips for fridge magnets... This could definitely sparkle up a classroom though! I also wanted some sort of Valentine's Day type of thing for our house so I just cut out Love from glitter scrapbook paper.
2. I finally bought frames for these fabulous water color paintings my mom sent me from Mississippi.
3. Everyone needs a warm fuzzy hat for the cold, eh. It's actually my husband's but it's quiet warm.
4. This adorable gal is my niece and she loves walking up and down the side walk. How cute is she?!
5. This is a look I get every day and pretty much every second.... "Mom throw the ball!" Emma loves to play fetch and is a very needy dog.
You are so crafty!! I love crafts! And I totally love those magnets! How fun!!

Oh, and I'm so thankful that it does not get that cold in Georgia. I think I'm too much of a wimp to handle it! ;O)
DeleteThanks so much Amanda! Yes I just love love love doing crafts, especially when I get extra time. And believe me I never thought I would be able to handle this kind of cold weather as an original Mississippian. Me in -5 degree weather..no thank you, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be though I definitely prefer weather in the high 70s-90s. I'm so looking forward to my trip back South soon & the warm weather!

Aren't those glitter magnets the coolest? I didn't even know they invented this kind of thing, but glad they did... Think I am going to get more and stock up on them :)

I'm not sure if A Buck or Two is Canadian store or not because I had never heard of it when I was in the States. You wouldn't believe the numbers of different dollar stores they have up here. Thanks for the sweet comment.

ReplyDeleteYour niece is a cutie! I love little kids in snowsuits!
Sally from Elementary Matters
Thanks Sally... Yes I agree. Little kids in snowsuits and just the cutest! It's funny how the littlest ones walk in those things, like they're Frankenstein or something.
