I am linking up with Bunting, Books, & Bainbridge for 2012's Best & Brightest Blog Linky party.
It has only been about 2-3 months since I have really got into Blogging and I am really glad I did. It's been the best way to get great ideas, buy wonderful TPT products, and see how other educators do some things differently in their classroom. Talk about real INSPIRATION! I also started a TPT Shop about a month ago, which I am also glad I did. With me not working this year due to being back & forth between Canada it helps out some. I am gradually getting the hang out everything and trying to improve on my technology skills.
One of the first TPT products I made were the Snowman Word Problems and Snowman Ten Frame Counting Number Sentence. I find these very useful in kindergarten when I am beginning to teach word problems to young children who are beginning to learn how to read. Even though it's a simple printable it was a common purchase among TPT buyers.
One of my favorite blogs from 2012 was a super short and simple blog about a Blogging Tech Tip. I had always wondered how bloggers were able to add their blog link at the end of a comment when I first started blogging, and well Classroom Compulsion gave me that tip! I seriously have to refer back to that blog post every time I comment on some one's blog because I just can't ever remember what exactly to type.
I have many favorite 2012 blogs that I think are just fabulous, but here are my main squeezes that I refer to for great ideas, inspiration, or just to glance at every now and again- 2nd Grade Shenanigans,
Apples and ABCs, Oh Boy 4th Grade, Tunstalls Teaching Tidbits, and saving one of the best for last.... Smedleys Smorgasboard. I don't think I can narrow it down to just one of their blog posts because these wonderful teachers are always inspiring others with what great things they do in the classroom.
Thanks for linking up and sharing your best and brightest!
