Holy Cow! I did it! I did it! Did I actually do it?! I think I did anyways... I FINALLY "flattened" images!!! Wawhooo.... Okay so I know, I know....everyone already knows how to "flatten" or "lock down" clip art, text, and all their digital files. As a newbie, well a few months old newbie who is SLOW when it comes to tech things I did not know what people were talking about when they said that images had to be flattened. What's sad is that it actually took me 2 days to figure it out and well I haven't exactly gotten it down to perfection. I literally had to take out my pen & notebook to write down everything I did in all my tries because some of the images weren't able to be copied & pasted while for some reason others were. Trial & error. So to try and get this "flattened" thing down I practiced with creating V-Day heart count by 10's number cards and St. Patty's clover count by 10's number cards. Now only if I can keep this figured out.... I used the tutorials from The 3am Teacher and A Turn to Learn to kind of put together and figure it all out. Wish me luck to be able to "flatten" other digital files! Believe me I need it.
